NYPD touts arrest in Staten Island over pattern of robberies in New York City

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. – Officers on Staten Island have made an arrest in a citywide robbery pattern, according to an NYPD post on social media.

Sergeant Gugliucci and Det. Hamdan was on patrol in Stapleton when they arrested a person wanted in connection with transit robberies, according to a post from the 120th Precinct on X, formerly known as Twitter.

“Thanks to their vast experience and keen eyes, the arrested person wanted throughout the city is now behind bars,” the post said.
