The only other time a Cavaliers team scored that many points in a quarter was during Game 4 of the 2017 NBA Finals against the Warriors of the Golden State. Unsurprisingly, LeBron James led the scoring with 10 points in that quarter.

This was a great way to start the game for the Cavaliers, who are looking to set a new franchise record with their 14th straight win. However, Cleveland still has a lot of work to do in the second half to achieve that.
