New affordable housing lotteries for salaries starting at $31,000

NEW YORK (PIX11) – Dozens of affordable homes are available in new developments recently listed NYC Housing Connect.

Salary requirements for the units start at $31,000 for studios, one bedroom and two bedrooms.

In Brooklyn, 99 Fleet Place Apartments has more than 30 affordable housing units available for people with salaries ranging from $31,372 to $67,080. The building is pet-friendly and features built-in dishwashers, a roof terrace, a parking garage and multiple communal areas.

The Hearthstone development in Queens has 33 units for salary ranges from $33,395 to $67,080. This development is also pet-friendly and offers in-unit washers and dryers, as well as patios and balconies. Residents will also have access to a variety of activity spaces, such as gyms, yoga/dance studios and a children’s playroom.

The Bedford Green House II in the Bronx has studio and one-bedroom apartments available for incomes ranging from $0 to $83,880. This development offers community events and classes, along with many communal areas such as gyms, recreation rooms and outdoor areas.
